About Millie

Millie has lived in Rawtenstall, Rossendale all her life. With a strong connection to the area, she brings a friendly, down-to-earth approach to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys socialising with friends and spending quality time over meals with her family.

Millie joined Coppenwall in 2024 and has quickly become an essential part of the team. She manages our diary, handles incoming calls, and negotiates offers on properties with a calm and professional manner. She also looks after the all important keys and ensures surveyors have the access and information they need.

Known for her team spirit, Millie keeps the office running smoothly and well fuelled with her great coffee and legendary breakfast sandwich runs.

• Manages the company diary and coordinates appointments for valuations, viewings, and surveys.
• Answers phone calls and assists clients with queries and updates.
• Negotiates offers between buyers and sellers, supporting smooth and successful outcomes.
• Manages property keys and ensures surveyors and contractors have timely access.
• Supports the wider team with daily office operations—always with a smile (and often with coffee!).
